Sreenath Sreedharan is a seasoned global technology executive with more than 30 years of experience leading enterprise IT strategy, digital transformation, and large-scale technology modernization initiatives across public and private sector organizations. Recognized for his strategic leadership and operational excellence, he has successfully aligned complex technology programs with business objectives while driving innovation, governance, scalability, and measurable business outcomes.

Throughout his career, Sreenath has led multimillion-dollar portfolios and enterprise-wide modernization programs involving mission-critical back-office platforms, cloud enablement, enterprise integration, data transformation, and customer-facing digital solutions. He is known for building and leading high-performing global teams, establishing governance frameworks, and delivering large-scale programs with predictable execution, financial discipline, and strong stakeholder alignment. Currently serving as VP of Information Technology & Delivery at Elite Tech Consulting, Sreenath provides executive leadership and strategic advisory services focused on enterprise architecture, digital transformation, cloud adoption, delivery governance, and operational modernization. He partners closely with executive leadership teams to define technology roadmaps, optimize delivery organizations, and implement scalable enterprise solutions that support long-term business growth.

Prior to this role, Sreenath spent over a decade in IT leadership role for a major Toll Authority. In this role, he led the transformation and modernization of agency’s mission-critical tolling ecosystem including back-office, integrating customer portals, partner interfaces, mobile applications, contact center and operational platforms supporting millions of annual transactions. He successfully managed large-scale system implementations, interoperability initiatives, data migrations, disaster recovery programs, and enterprise governance functions while maintaining a 100% success rate across PCI, SOC, and regulatory audits. Earlier in his career, Sreenath held senior delivery leadership roles with leading consulting firms and system integrators, successfully managing complex enterprise and public-sector technology programs across transportation, pension administration, education, and unemployment insurance domains. He has extensive experience leading distributed global delivery teams, managing large-scale modernization efforts, and driving enterprise transformation initiatives across diverse stakeholder environments. Sreenath is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP), and Certified Scrum Master (CSM). He holds a Masters in Computer Applications (MCA) degree.
